Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand, sales events, or public holidays.
Shipping Within New Zealand
Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location. Rural deliveries may take longer.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout (where tracking is available).
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to courier services, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. The Nail Press NZ is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at thenailpressnz@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched; however, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
The Nail Press NZ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the courier provider to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
